Duties:

Act as intermediary between the Senior Account Officers
and the Accountant
Preparation of monthly management schedules, workings,
and reports
Preparation of monthly VAT and other statutory returns
Control of stocks schedules and stock adjustments
Preparation of bank reconciliations, debtors and creditors aging controls
Prepare weekly cash monitoring cash position reports
Participate in the annual audit of Financial Statements
Be involved in the budget and strategic plan report analysis
Preparation of various sales & expenses reconciliations and variance analysis
Be involved in the optimization of various accounting process flows
Be involved in some day-to-day accounting
transactions processing and verification as needed
Provide guidance and training to the accounting team
Be committed to excellence and promote efficiency by setting
personal examples of corporate values
